Betmas starts with a clear ambition: build an online casino and sportsbook that players recognize, enjoy and choose to return to. I’m Mauricio Ruballos, the founder, and I’m inviting prospective investors to speak with me directly about the company we are building.

The timeline we’re working toward.

Our aim is to have the proposed $1 million founder round fully funded by early 2027, with the casino targeting a launch in mid-to-late 2027. These are planning targets, dependent on funding, required approvals, partners, product testing and operational readiness.

The round is structured around 100 proposed seats at $10,000 each, collectively representing 10% of the company. One investor may request multiple seats. Participation begins with a conversation and review of the investment documents.

A gaming brand with a creative voice.

Online casino, sports betting and entertainment naturally connect through the moments people follow and the stories they share. Alongside the platform, we want to create great content: original series, sports conversations, creator collaborations and community events that give Betmas a personality of its own.

These are creative ambitions, with no partnerships announced yet. The casino and sportsbook remain the core business; content will help us build the brand and connect with the community.

Built from the beginning, together.

I have already spent $100,000 of my own money on development and licensing work. Now the focus is on the conversations, team and execution that move Betmas toward launch.
