BETMAS / THE FIRST CHAPTER
Betmas has not published a revenue or profit forecast. The investment case should be evaluated through market-specific assumptions and a documented operating budget.
Gross gaming revenue generally starts with wagers less player winnings. It is not deposits, total wagers, or company profit.
Sportsbook performance depends on handle, hold, odds, trading, data, integrity, bonuses, and market-specific taxes.
Game and sportsbook provider charges, payment processing, bonuses, gaming taxes, security, support, staffing, and compliance affect margins.
Customer acquisition has a cost. Repeat engagement only creates value when it supports sustainable unit economics.

Established operators demonstrate earnings potential, but their scale and results are not a forecast for a new venture.
Entain reported £5.26 billion revenue and £1.16 billion underlying EBITDA in 2025. It also reported a £680.5 million statutory net loss. Underlying EBITDA is an adjusted earnings measure before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization and other company-defined adjustments—not net profit. Entain 2025 results
Revenue must cover game and sportsbook fees, bonuses, payments, gaming taxes, acquisition, staffing, compliance, and overhead. Betmas has no published revenue or profit forecast; customer retention and cost control must be demonstrated.

Proposed approach for planning; channels, budgets, partners, and performance targets have not yet been committed.
Evaluate targeted content, permitted affiliate relationships, and small marketing tests appropriate to the selected jurisdictions. No campaign or partnership is currently represented as secured.
Measure acquisition cost, verified customer conversion, retention, net gaming revenue, and contribution after variable costs. A large volume of wagers alone does not establish profitability.
Track support response and resolution, withdrawal processing, complaints, and repeat usage alongside responsible gaming indicators. Turn player feedback into product improvements.
Establish test budgets, success criteria, and stop rules in the operating plan. Scale spending only when results and cash reserves justify it.
BETMAS / THE FIRST CHAPTER
As more countries establish regulated online gaming markets, Betmas could gain opportunities to reach new customers. Our ambition is to build the product, team, and operating discipline to evaluate those opportunities.
Initial countries and languages are still being evaluated. Launch decisions will depend on authorization, payment access, provider availability, customer demand, and the cost of serving each market.
A newly regulated market is an opportunity to assess, not automatic access. Local permissions, taxes, marketing rules, and additional capital can change the economics. Our current player exclusions remain in place.
Brazil’s regulated fixed-odds betting market began in January 2025, with specific operator authorization required. This illustrates a regulatory transition; Brazil is not a confirmed Betmas launch market. Brazil Ministry of Finance
The proposed sequence is to validate an authorized launch, measure retention and contribution after variable costs, then consider expansion. Future legalization is potential upside, not a prerequisite for a viable initial business.
BETMAS / THE FIRST CHAPTER
The proposed $1 million round is intended to fund the path toward an operational casino and sportsbook. A complete budget and runway are still being developed.
$100,000 of Mauricio’s personal money has been spent on development, including website and licensing work. It is separate from the proposed investor round.
The plan includes a $100,000 annual founder salary from investor proceeds: approximately $8,333 per month before employer costs. One year of this salary equals 10% of a fully raised $1 million round.
The proposed plan sets aside $300,000, or 30% of the full round, to cover payments to players. This reserve is separate from the operating-spend budget. Its adequacy, liquidity arrangements, and applicable player-fund requirements must be assessed before launch; it is not a guarantee that every future liability is covered.
Website development, hosting and security; staffing for operations; additional licenses; and marketing. These are the founder’s stated priorities. Amounts remain unallocated while detailed estimates and operating requirements are established.
After the $300,000 payout reserve, $700,000 remains from a fully raised round. Allowing for one year of the $100,000 founder salary would leave $600,000 for other costs, before employer costs. This arithmetic is not a confirmed one-year runway. Detailed allocations, break-even timing, and any later funding needs remain to be established.
