Illustrative arithmetic only. This does not reserve seats or establish ownership.
$10,000 · 0.1% proposed company interest
Proposed terms are subject to final investment documents and eligibility review. An early-stage investment can lose its entire value. Returns, dividends, liquidity, licensing, and launch dates are not guaranteed.
The founder round.
The proposed first round is $1,000,000: 100 seats at $10,000 each. Together, those seats represent a proposed 10% company interest, subject to final documents.
Yes. One seat represents a proposed 0.1% company interest; five seats represent 0.5%. Multiple seats can belong to one investor, so 100 seats does not necessarily mean 100 people.
Every accepted investor in this round receives the Initial Founder title. It recognizes participation in the first round; it does not automatically grant a board seat, employment, or management authority.
Start by requesting a Zoom or in-person meeting. After the meeting, eligibility review and investment documents, approved investors receive check-payment instructions. A request does not reserve or purchase a seat.
Payments are by check. Do not send a check before receiving verified payee and delivery instructions. Ownership is recorded only after the required documents, cleared funds, and company acceptance.
The business & the risks.
No. Company ownership is not a share of gaming revenue. Any distributions depend on the final rights, business performance, and applicable decisions and rules. You may lose the entire investment.
The intended company and operating base is Costa Rica. Planned player exclusions are United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, and FATF high-risk jurisdictions subject to a call for action. Other markets require review; incorporation does not establish permission to serve every country.
That is the intended investor reach, including countries excluded from casino play. Acceptance depends on separate securities, sanctions, identity, and eligibility requirements.
A launch date has not been announced. Company setup, applicable authorizations, funding, platform and game agreements, banking, and operational readiness are key dependencies.
The proposed $1 million includes a $300,000 player payout reserve, plus website development, hosting, security, operations staff, additional licenses, and marketing. Founder compensation is planned at $100,000 annually from investor proceeds. Other allocations and the operating runway remain to be established.
BETMAS / THE FIRST CHAPTER
Understand the ownership proposal.
The proposed terms describe company ownership, not a share of player deposits or gaming revenue.
The valuation arithmetic
If $1 million purchases 10% immediately after the round, the terms imply a $10 million post-investment valuation and $9 million pre-investment valuation. This is arithmetic from the proposal, not an independent appraisal or a promised future value.
What one seat represents
$10,000 corresponds to a proposed 0.1% company interest at completion of the full round. Final documents must define the capitalization basis and treatment of a partially funded round.
BETMAS / THE FIRST CHAPTER
What the first round must accomplish.
The proposed $1 million round is intended to fund the path toward an operational casino and sportsbook. A complete budget and runway are still being developed.
Founder capital already spent
$100,000 of Mauricio’s personal money has been spent on development, including website and licensing work. It is separate from the proposed investor round.
Disclosed founder compensation
The plan includes a $100,000 annual founder salary from investor proceeds: approximately $8,333 per month before employer costs. One year of this salary equals 10% of a fully raised $1 million round.
Player payout reserve / $300,000
The proposed plan sets aside $300,000, or 30% of the full round, to cover payments to players. This reserve is separate from the operating-spend budget. Its adequacy, liquidity arrangements, and applicable player-fund requirements must be assessed before launch; it is not a guarantee that every future liability is covered.
Other funding priorities
Website development, hosting and security; staffing for operations; additional licenses; and marketing. These are the founder’s stated priorities. Amounts remain unallocated while detailed estimates and operating requirements are established.
Remaining allocation and runway
After the $300,000 payout reserve, $700,000 remains from a fully raised round. Allowing for one year of the $100,000 founder salary would leave $600,000 for other costs, before employer costs. This arithmetic is not a confirmed one-year runway. Detailed allocations, break-even timing, and any later funding needs remain to be established.
A FIRST-CHAPTER INVESTMENT
Think beyond a seat.
Help build a company.
This is a distinctive opportunity to back Mauricio Ruballos and Betmas at the beginning: before the brand, the product and the player community reach their potential.
The ambition is big. Online casino and sports betting can support valuable, profitable businesses with international reach. Our focus is to earn that growth through a product players choose and an operation built to last.
The size of the industry creates room for ambition. Execution will determine the outcome for Betmas; growth and investment returns are not guaranteed.
